Hand Forged Steel Rose Handmade Rose

This​ ​one​ ​of​ ​a​ ​kind​ ​steel​ ​rose​ ​was​ ​hand​ ​forged.

What​ ​better​ ​way​ ​to​ ​give​ ​a​ ​loved​ ​one​ ​a​ ​flower?​ ​These​ ​unique​ ​hand​ ​forged,​ ​handcrafted​ ​steel​ ​roses​ ​are​ ​made​ ​in​ ​my​ ​small​ ​blacksmith​ ​shop.​ ​They​ ​are​ ​available​ ​in​ ​2​ ​different​ ​styles.​ ​

1.​ ​Steel​ ​Rose.​ ​The​ ​steel​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​heated​ ​which​ ​produces​ ​different​ ​hues​ ​of​ ​colors.​ ​The​ ​rose​ ​peddles​ ​and​ ​stem​ ​have​ ​been​ ​hammer​ ​textured​ ​and​ ​the​ ​stem​ ​has​ ​curves​ ​for​ ​a​ ​more​ ​natural​ ​look.​ ​The​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​in​ ​full​ ​bloom.​ ​The​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​steel​ ​brushed​ ​and​ ​covered​ ​with​ ​a​ ​clear​ ​coat​ ​spray​ ​or​ ​left​ ​natural.

2.​ ​Brass​ ​Finished​ ​Rose.​ ​This​ ​steel​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​made​ ​the​ ​same​ ​way​ ​as​ ​the​ ​steel​ ​rose​ ​above​ ​but​ ​the​ ​finish​ ​comes​ ​from​ ​brushing​ ​the​ ​rose​ ​with​ ​a​ ​brass​ ​brush.​ ​This​ ​gives​ ​the​ ​brass​ ​highlights​ ​in​ ​the​ ​rose.​ ​This​ ​rose​ ​also​ ​has​ ​a​ ​clear​ ​coat​ ​spray​ ​applied​ ​to​ ​help​ ​prevent​ ​rust.

Steel​ ​is​ ​the​ ​traditional​ ​material​ ​for​ ​11​ ​years​ ​of​ ​marriage.​ ​

Because​ ​each​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​individually​ ​handmade,​ ​no​ ​two​ ​roses​ ​are​ ​the​ ​same.

Each​ ​rose​ ​is​ ​approximately​ ​12​ ​inches​ ​long​ ​with​ ​a​ ​bloom​ ​of​ ​3​ ​½​ ​inches.

These​ ​roses​ ​make​ ​a​ ​unique​ ​gift​ ​for​ ​a​ ​wedding​ ​anniversary,​ ​Valentine’s​ ​Day,​ ​Mother’s​ ​Day​ ​Christmas,​ ​Birthday,​ ​wedding​ ​gift​ ​or​ ​that​ ​special​ ​occasions.
